Telehouse Eemsdelta

In Eemshaven, the energy delta of the Netherlands, the largest and most innovative Datacenter of the Netherlands is being build as a greenfield project. Three times as big as the SIG Telehouse in Groningen and with 30Mw of power capacity there is no knowledge of a similar facility. The total project asks for an initial investment of €60 mln and is already leased for 70%, or 7500 sm.
