For an important subsidiary of SIG Real Estate BV, named SIG beheer BV, that
separated from her mother company, our organization took care of the
coordination of their new IT environment, including the choice for a new system
integrator. The work consisted of the right preparation, offering, coordination
and monitoring of the planning and execution of the whole project. Challenges
were especially the short lead time from first question until execution of the
IT, a very tight time schedule with multiple suppliers and contractors and a very
